The Rex Putnam drumline is auditioning for our 2025 ensemble. We’d love to have you and are excited that you are interested.

Auditions for the 2025 season are occurring on these dates and times:

• 08/26/2024 from 4-8pm

• 08/28/2024 from 4-8pm

Location

Auditions will take place at Rex Putnam high school in Milwaukie, OR in the Band Room. Auditions are open to students from the North Clackamas School District in 6th to 12th grade.

FAQ

I am not sure if I want to audition for the group, can I still attend the auditions to learn?

Yes! Attending auditions can be a great way to learn new techniques and ways to improve your skills. Whether or not you want to participate you are welcomed to attend.

Should I bring my own drum to auditions?

Rex Putnam will provide all equipment necessary to audition but you are encouraged to bring your own sticks if you are auditioning for snare drum.

What is the age requirement to participate?

Any students currently enrolled in grades 6 through 12 within the North Clackamas School District are eligible to participate.
